Studios and gyms

Every kind of class and session your studio sells.

Group classes, privates, courses and workshops, sold one at a time or through packs and memberships. Here is what you can put on the timetable, and the ways clients can pay for it.

The schedule for the week: reformer, mat and private classes Monday to Sunday, each with its teacher in their own colour and how many are bookedCourses: a six week beginners course and a four week strength block, each with its price, start date and how many are enrolled

Group classes

As many spots as you set, with a waitlist when they are full. Repeat them every week, or put on a one-off.

Reformer Flow, 10 spots, every weekday at 08:15

Private sessions

One to one, or a pair or three together. The number of people is set by the session, so the same slot can be a 1:1 one week and a duet the next.

Private reformer, 55 minutes

Courses

A run of weeks, booked and paid for in one go, so the same people are in the room each week.

Beginners reformer, six Tuesdays

Workshops

A one-off event with its own price and its own number of places.

Pilates for runners, Saturday afternoon

Booking for friends

One client can book places for the people they are bringing, in a single booking.

Two places in Saturday’s Slow Flow

Pick your spot

Draw your room once, and clients choose their reformer, mat or bike when they book.
