Questions
Questions studios ask us.
What does the free month mean?
Your first month costs nothing. We ask for a card when you sign up so your studio does not stop the day the month ends, and nothing is taken during it. You see the date of your first payment before you enter anything. Cancel any time from your console and the next payment simply does not happen. Studios that joined during our founders’ preview keep what they were promised: free, with no card, until we tell them otherwise and give 30 days’ notice.
How does give a month, get a month work?
Every studio gets a referral link from its Plan page. A studio that signs up through yours gets its first month free as normal, and once it has paid a real bill you get a free month too, taken off your next bill automatically. A studio can only be referred once.
What does the concierge add?
Only the AI concierge. Everything else is in Studio, including a class finder that matches words like beginner, back or morning. The concierge understands a whole sentence, such as “something gentle for my back on a weekday morning”, and picks up to four of your real classes with a line on why each fits. It never offers a class you do not run.
Can I switch plan later?
Yes, at any time from your console, in either direction. The difference is worked out to the day on your next bill.
Do my clients need an account?
No. Clients book in a few taps with a name and a contact. Regulars can create one for their history and calendar, but it is never required.
What about no-shows?
Take payment up front with Stripe and a no-show costs you nothing. Reminders, a cancellation window you set and a waitlist that refills the spot do the rest, and your numbers show which classes and clients no-show most. Charging a card after the fact is on our list, not in the product yet.
Is there any commission on bookings?
No. Your monthly fee is flat per studio, with no charge per booking and nothing added to what your clients pay. Card payments carry the standard card processing fee above, taken from the payment itself, and bookings paid in person or by bank transfer cost you nothing.
I run more than one studio.
Talk to us. One login runs one studio today, and we will set up the others alongside it.
Can I leave easily?
Yes. Export your bookings and client list any time, with no lock-in and no exit fee, and we will help you move if you ask.
Missing a feature, or want it to look different?
Tell us and we will build it, at no extra cost. We read every request in our weekly review, and we tell you what we decide.
