Studios and gyms

Your clients book themselves. You run the day from one place.

Clients book on your own page, you check them in from the console, and TallyUp handles the reminders, waitlists and payments in between. Here is a normal week, in the real product with a made-up studio.

From £15.99 a month, and your first month is free.

Before class

Clients book themselves, at any time of day.

From your own booking page, on their phone, in under thirty seconds. They see what is on, how many spots are left and when they can cancel, and they can choose their reformer.

  • Pay by card, with a pack or with a membership
  • No account needed to book
  • Ask for a time that is not on the timetable
The studio's booking page: a calendar, the day's classes with teacher, price and spots left, and the cancellation termsRequests from clients who could not find a time that suits, each with a button to send a payment link for a custom session

Selling

Sell passes, memberships and courses.

Set your prices once. Clients buy a single class, a pack, a membership, an intro offer, a gift card or a whole course, and the booking page, the class list and the receipts all follow your rules.

  • Credits that expire on your rules
  • Discount codes with caps and dates
  • Card payments straight to your bank
Packages and pricing: a single class, a private session, an intro offer, class packs, a monthly unlimited membership and a gift cardCourses: a six week beginners course and a four week strength block, each with its price, start date and how many are enrolledDiscount codes: a percentage code, a fixed amount code, a birthday code and a seasonal code, with how many times each was used and who used it

Before the first class

Know about injuries before the class starts.

Build the health form you already use and make it what clients fill in before they can book. Their answers sit on their record, and the teacher sees what matters on the class list.

  • Questions that flag a yes for the teacher
  • Asked again whenever you choose
  • A PDF of every form emailed to you
Forms: the health and studio agreement clients fill in before they can book, a photos and social media form, and a draft class feedback formThe form builder: a section heading and yes or no questions that can flag an answer for the teacher and ask for details

When a class fills

The waitlist does the chasing.

When someone cancels, you decide what happens to the spot. Nobody has to ring round.

Offer it to everyone waitingThe first to book takes it, and the rest are told it has gone.
Book the next person inThe spot goes straight to whoever is next, and they are told.
Late cancellationsA late cancel can be handed to the waitlist, so the spot is not lost.

At the desk

Check people in with one tap.

The class list shows everyone booked, how each person paid, and anything to know from their health form. Clients can also check themselves in on a tablet by the door.

  • Present or no-show, one tap each
  • Paid at the door, marked in one tap
  • Walk-ins added in seconds
A class list: who is booked, a birthday, a note from a health form, a payment still due, and present or no-show buttons for each personThe check-in screen for a tablet by the door: today's classes across the top, and each person taps their name to check in

Through the week

Plan the week, and change it without the phone calls.

Repeating classes, one-offs, privates and courses on one grid, with each teacher in their own colour and every class showing how full it is.

  • Repeat weekly, fortnightly or on set days
  • Move a class and everyone booked is told
  • Swap in a teacher in a couple of taps
The Today page: the next class, the studio's booking link, classes today, how many are booked in, spots free and revenue, with each class and its roster linkThe schedule for the week: reformer, mat and private classes Monday to Sunday, each with its teacher in their own colour and how many are booked

Between classes

Reply to clients, and write to the ones who have drifted.

Messages from clients come to you and stay with their record. Campaigns and follow-ups go only to people who have said yes, in your own colours and words.

  • Replies kept with the client’s record
  • Messages to regulars who have gone quiet
  • Every email designed to look like yours
Messages from clients: new ones marked, with the first line of each and the time it arrivedMarketing: how many clients are happy to hear from you, who has never been asked, and how recent campaigns didEmail wording: the colour, logo position, button shape and font of every email, with a live preview of the email a new client receives

After class

See what is working.

Your numbers show which classes fill, which run half empty, what each hour of studio time earns, and who has stopped coming.

  • Fill, revenue and no-shows by class
  • Your busiest and quietest hours
  • Clients who have not been back for a while
Insights: revenue, average fill, no-show rate and active clients, then the operating numbers and attendance, each compared with the period beforeEvery class ranked by what it earns and how hard each hour of studio time works, with revenue by class and by teacherWhether clients are coming back, and a list of regulars who have gone quiet with how long since their last class
