Cancelling in time
You can cancel free until 24 hours before a class starts. The deadline is checked when you press the button, so leaving a page open does not hold it open.
Your spot is released straight away, whatever you get back.
A class booked with a pass gives the credit back to that pass. It keeps the pass's original expiry date, so cancelling does not make a pass last longer.
A class paid for by card or at the studio comes back as one class credit valid 30 days, rather than as money. The credit can be used on any class.
A class paid from a gift balance goes back onto that balance.
A class that came as part of a course, a free or comped class, and a class you had not yet paid for all have nothing to give back.
A booking for more than one spot is cancelled as a whole. Single spots cannot be released.
After the deadline
After the 24 hours deadline you can still give up your spot, and it goes back on the timetable immediately for anyone to take.
Nothing comes back at the time you cancel.
You get your class back only if somebody else takes that spot before the class runs. It then comes back the same way you paid: a pass credit to your pass, a card or studio payment as a class credit, a gift payment to your gift balance.
Online booking closes 1 hour before a class, so that is the last moment somebody can take your spot.
If nobody takes it, the class is forfeited. There is no late-cancellation fee and no charge for missing a class.
You are welcome to book the class again yourself if it is still free.
If a class is full
If a class is full you can join its waitlist.
Spots that free up go back on the timetable for anyone to book. The studio does not book waitlisted people in automatically, so it is worth keeping an eye on the timetable.
Joining a waitlist does not use a pass credit, and you can leave a waitlist at any time with nothing charged or lost.
If the studio cancels
If the studio cancels a class, your own deadline does not apply and nothing is forfeited.
A card payment is refunded in full to your card, a pass credit is returned to your pass, and a gift payment goes back to your gift balance.
A class paid for at the studio is refunded by the studio directly, and they will be in touch about it.
